About Dr. Lucía Aurora Herrerías, FMVD
Lucía Aurora Herrerías FMVD is a Verbum Dei Missionary who was born in Mexico. She has worked as a missionary in Spain, Australia, the Philippines, Italy and Mexico. She finished her theological studies in Santo Tomas University (Manila), and a doctorate in philosophy at the Gregorian University (Rome). She taught philosophy for 25 years at Verbum Dei Theological Institute in Mexico and Spain. She was also the worldwide president of the Verbum Dei community from 2012 to 2018. Her current ministries are mainly spiritual direction and guiding Spiritual Exercises and retreats.
