About Fr. Chris Collins, SJ

Fr. Chris Collins, SJ, was ordained a priest in June 2006. He is currently an assistant professor of theology at Saint Louis University. He holds a BA in philosophy from Saint Thomas University in Saint Paul, Minnesota, and an MA in early modern European history from Creighton University, Omaha, Nebraska. He received both his MDiv and his STL in sacred theology from the Weston Jesuit School of Theology in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He recently completed a PhD in the theology of Pope Benedict XVI from Boston College. He is a former parish priest on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, as well as a high school instructor at both Brophy College Prep in Phoenix, Arizona, and Jesuit College Preparatory in Dallas, Texas.
